Cactus Paper Art

I made this because of my daughter Kymberleen.
She likes cactus.

I have lived in Arizona my entire life and I was never someone who thought I would have cactus art hanging on my wall. Yet time changes and I realize cacti are pretty in their own way. I do love the Arizona Desert.

I see this and think of Kymberleen.
Right now my 2nd oldest is in Hawaii in the Army. Having her far away is hard and I miss her so much. Once a year I get to see her but that is not enough.

Butterfly Paper Art

Christmas gifts for my daughters.
These were fun to make. I love the bright colors that my daughters prefer. Kallee likes blue, Kindsey pink and Kendree green.

To make this you need:
8.5 x 11 inch frame (any size will work)
Black card stock
Colored card stock
Butterfly punch
Glue dots
Paper cutter.

The frames I used were 8.5 x 11 but the paper was slightly too large. So I had to trim each paper slightly on top and bottom. Then I cute out many butterflies with each color. I then used the glue dots and just went from there. No particular pattern, just put them on.
