Potatoes and Cheese Sauce

I rinsed then slices the potatoes.

On stove top I mixed 1 can of Campbell's Cheddar Cheese; 1 can of milk; 1 cube of butter; 1/2 cup water; and added pepper. Then covered in foil. Baked for 1 hour at 400 degrees.

This is the result. So good. The perfect side dish. Easy too. 
The peelings give them an extra good flavor as well.
