Homemade Pan Pizza

This pizza right here is amazing!




Dough set to rise for two hours. 


After rising I spread the dough in the cast iron skillets. I used olive oil to well coat the skillets. 


Sauce and toppings. 


This pizza has sauce, cheese, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bacon pieces, yellow bell peppers and green onions.


This one had sauce, mozzarella cheese, bacon pieces, black olives, green and yellow bell peppers, yellow onion and green onions.


I baked the two pizza’s at the same time. Half way through I switch the pans so they make evenly. 



After baking I take the pizza’s out of the skillets. I like to cut the pizza’s on cutting boards. 


Last month I got a new oven and it much more efficient than my last one. Next time I’ll lower the baking time. The cheese looks over baked. No matter how they look I absolutely loved these pizza’s.

I used the recipe from the link below. I used the dough recipe but did my own thing with the cheese and other toppings. What’s great about making homemade pizza you can make it anyway you want.
